Do you charge for delivery?

United Kingdom

Delivery is complimentary for UK orders exceeding £50

On all orders below £50, we charge a £3 delivery fee within the UK

We offer an express shipping service for £5 (Evri next-day delivery) on all orders placed before 11am

Europe

Delivery is complimentary for EU orders exceeding 80€

Orders to the EU below 80€ will be subject to a 5€ delivery charge

Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands

We charge a £15 fee for deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands

Please be aware that international delivery charges exclude local duty and taxes, which will need to be paid through the courier upon package receipt

How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom

UK standard tracked orders are shipped with Evri and usually arrive within 2-5 working days

UK express orders are shipped with Evri and typically arrive within 1-2 working days

Europe

EU standard tracked orders are shipped with Evri and usually arrive within 6-12 working days

Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands

Orders to Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands are shipped with Parcelforce and usually arrive from 5+ working days

Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer free returns?

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return

For orders from the United Kingdom, we provide free returns

For orders from the EU and Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange

For orders from the United Kingdom, we provide free exchanges

For orders from the EU and Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer

Upon receipt of your return, your new item will be sent to you for free

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item, please log into your customer account and select the item you would like to return

If your item is eligible for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package

What is your return policy?

We accept the return of items ordered within 28 days of receipt

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria

How will I know whether I will receive a refund?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you whether it is accepted or declined

This process can take 1-5 business days

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method

Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to show in your bank account due to different processing times among financial organizations
